Mohammad Khaleel Imhemmed (Manasrah)

Mohammad Manasrah is a lecturer in linguistics and a PhD candidate in Applied Linguistics at York St John University. His research examines language teacher education in Palestinian higher education, with a particular focus on teachers’ knowledge and beliefs and their underlying ontological conceptualisations, and how these shape classroom practice. He also has a developing interest in the use of digital technologies to support the delivery of teacher education, particularly in ways that mediate pedagogical knowledge and influence instructional practices. He holds a BA in English Language and Literature from Hebron University and an MA in English Language Teaching from University of Exeter, funded by the Said Foundation. His doctoral studies are funded through the HESPAL scholarship programme. He has taught at Bethlehem University and Hebron University, and previously served as Head of the Linguistics and Translation Department at Palestine Polytechnic University.
