Khalid Qtoof is the Dean of the College of Humanities and Educational Sciences at Palestine Polytechnic university. He holds a PhD in Educational Psychology from Cairo University. He teaches academic courses like introduction to psychology, inclusive education and Theories of educational and psychological supervision for both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Before his academic career, Khalid served in the Ministry of Education as a school headmaster for around six years, where he started to shape his vision as an educationalist. Furthermore, Khalid was also an active member of the Early Childhood Academy in the Arabian Gulf from 2014 - 2020. He education, education psychology, assessment and evaluation and teaching methods.
